Refunds

DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE ITEMS, WE UNFORTUNATELY CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS. If a problem is to arise, please let us know within 30 days of purchase so that we can come up with a reasonable solution.

We cannot be held responsible for anything that happens once an order leaves our shipment. We cannot be held responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items during transportation.

If an item is found defective, it may be returned in original packaging and unused. Returns due to defects or error on our part, must be made within 7 business days of receiving. Items can be exchanged for same or similar item (only if original item is out of stock) or for store credit.

BUYER’S REMORSE IS NOT A REASON FOR A REFUND OR RETURN.

Custom items will be paid up front and cannot be exchanged, cancelled or refunded/returned once the process starts.
